✅Orders and Payments:
Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by JustMakeItStudio. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order. Prices are as stated on this website and are subject to change without notice. In the case of a contract project, half the payment is expected in advance and the rest upon delivery. All taxes or customs fees charged are the responsibility of the buyer.
📄Digital Goods:
As of now, there is no automated system to instantly deliver digital goods to the buyer. Therefore, a period of 1 - 2 business days is to be expected to get the digital goods. The email provided at checkout will be used to direct the buyer to a download page where the digital goods can be downloaded. Please check your spam folder.
Digital goods may refer to .PDF, .DXF, .SVG, .STL, or other digital documents.
📖Intellectual Property:
In the case of substantial creative work by JustMakeItStudio, a portion of the related intellectual property rights are property of JustMakeItStudio. On the other hand, paid creative work grants no intellectual property rights to JustMakeItStudio. In any project in which such substantial creative input is expected to occur, a collaboration agreement defining intellectual rights between all parties should be entered before the commencement of the project.
Modification of Terms and Conditions:
JustMakeItStudio reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting.
