Acceptance of Terms:
By placing an order with JustMakeItStudio, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
Shipping:
🚚 Cyprus Delivery with GAP AKIS Express, exceptions may apply depending on location, type, size, and weight of transferred goods. Τhe buyer can request another service and must cover its cost.
✈️ International Economy International Shipping with a tracking number, taking 11-23 business days. No matter where you are in the world, exceptions may apply.
Every effort will be made to ship orders promptly within 5 business days, but delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
✅Orders and Payments:
Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by JustMakeItStudio. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order. Prices are as stated on this website and are subject to change without notice. In the case of a contract project, half the payment is expected in advance and the rest upon delivery. All taxes, customs and fees charged are the responsibility of the buyer.
💸Returns and Refunds:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The buyer pays for return shipping. Returned products must be in unused condition using adequate protective packaging. Refunds will be issued upon satisfactory inspection of the returned item, minus shipping charges. Refunds are not accepted on digital goods. Refunds take 5-10 days to appear on a buyer's statement.
📄Digital Goods:
As of now, there is no automated system to instantly deliver digital goods to the buyer. Therefore, a period of 1 - 2 business days is to be expected to get the goods. The email provided at checkout will be used to direct the buyer to a download page where the digital goods can be downloaded. Please check your spam folder and mark it as "not junk".
📖Intellectual Property:
In the case of substantial creative work by JustMakeItStudio, a portion of the related intellectual property rights are property of JustMakeItStudio. On the other hand, paid creative work grants no intellectual property rights to JustMakeItStudio. In any project in which such substantial creative input is expected to occur, a collaboration agreement should be entered before the commencement of the project.
Modification of Terms and Conditions:
JustMakeItStudio reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting.
